Aledade's Affinity Resource Groups (ARGs)
Celebrating Diversity

Aledade is committed to diversity and inclusion and fostering a culture where each and every employee can bring their true selves to work. To help support this effort, we formed the following voluntary employee-led Affinity Resource Groups (ARGs). ARGs at Aledade are critical partners in helping drive forward initiatives that:

  • Promote diversity and inclusion education in alignment with Aledade’s core values
  • Support diversity in recruitment for Aledade as an employer of choice for all people
  • Provide a safe, supportive, and welcoming environment for Aledade staff and the people we serve
  • Advance patient advocacy initiatives to ensure access to care, better health, and wellness among patients (including their support network), Aledade employees, and practice staff
  • Create an inclusive environment to build relationships and allies across the company, including positive role models and mentorship opportunities

BLACK & AFRICAN DIASPORA

OUR MISSION: To develop and maintain a diverse and inclusive environment for all Aledade employees through education, networking, cultural awareness, and community service related to Black & African Diaspora people. We will promote equal opportunities through the recruitment of Black & African Diaspora members as well as enable the retention, professional growth, and leadership development of Aledade employees of African descent. 

OUR MISSION: To develop and maintain a diverse and inclusive environment for all Aledade employees through education, networking, cultural awareness, and community service related to Black & African Diaspora people. We will promote equal opportunities through the recruitment of Black & African Diaspora members as well as enable the retention, professional growth, and leadership development of Aledade employees of African descent. 

LATINX

OUR MISSION: To develop and create engaging opportunities for networking, as well as professional and leadership development through mentorship and educational opportunities, with a particular focus on recruiting, empowering, and retaining members of the Latinx community.  Through programs and events, the Latinx ARG strives to promote cultural awareness in support of Aledade’s diversity and inclusion efforts.

PRIDE

OUR MISSION: To advocate for and foster an environment of inclusion and respect for LGBTQ+ employees, partners, and patients, enabling them to be open and accepted in all aspects of their lives, regardless of sexual orientation, gender identity or gender expression.

VETERANS

OUR MISSION: To acknowledge, advocate, and create meaningful collaboration for our employees that are Veterans, employees that have family members that are veterans or actively serve as well as honoring our practice partners that are Veterans or have family members that serve.  The Veterans ARG is focused on highlighting how each of us can honor those that served and continue to do so, how we may help elevate their needs, causes and accomplishments.

APIDA (Asian Pacific Islander Desi American)

OUR MISSION: to provide a safe space for all Aledade employees of APIDA interest, in which they will be provided cultural awareness, community enrichment opportunities, and strategic solutions in the context of professional etiquette internally and for members on the field. APIDA is driven by three initiatives which reflect our past, present, and future: Culture, Community, and Compassion. These reflect the core values of Aledade: Service, Curiosity, Evidence, Inclusion, and Accountability.
